When your child is stuck at 9 pm
What AI Guru does with the one step that will not make sense, and where a person takes over.
Stuck at 9 pm? Help is already there.
Without SelfEnabler
A stuck child has to:
- Run to a tutor, if one is free.
- Wait for tomorrow's teacher, and lose the thread.
- Pull a parent away, who may not know the topic either.
With SelfEnabler
Help is already there, in the order a child needs it:
- AI Guru: at any momentAI Guru explains the step again, in English or Hindi, makes your child retry, and gives remedials until the idea clicks.
- 3AM Friend: if it still has not clicked3AM Friend connects a vetted human tutor, one to one, whenever one is online.
It explains the gap the Dynamic Assessment found
The Dynamic Assessment in each lecture shows exactly which part your child has not got yet, and at which level. AI Guru goes through that part again step by step, makes your child try again, and gives remedial practice until it clicks.
It pitches the explanation to what your child is learning now: when the lesson is about basic gravity, it does not jump ahead to relativity.
For example, a Class 7 Dynamic Assessment on NCERT's Curiosity, Chapter 10, "Life Processes in Plants", may show that your child can name what a leaf needs but cannot say why a plant kept in the dark stops making starch. They ask AI Guru, "Why does the plant need light?" It explains from the lesson, then asks a few quick questions to check the idea has landed.

What your child can do with AI Guru
Teach me
Go through the topic's prepared lessons step by step, at their own pace.
Try again, with help
After a wrong answer, see the idea behind the mistake and retry, instead of hitting a dead end.
Remedials
Practice that teaches the stuck idea a different way, built from the topic's lesson material.
Ask follow-up questions
About the topic they are studying, answered from the lesson material for that topic.
Check themselves
A short round of questions shows how far they have understood.
Pick up where they left off
The conversation is saved for next time.
Why you can trust its answers, and where it stops
- It answers from the lesson material for the topic your child is studying, not from random websites.
- A question in one lesson never pulls in another topic's material.
- When a topic has nothing prepared, it says so instead of improvising.
- It is told to say plainly when it does not know, rather than make something up.
- Its quiz is marked on the server, so no score can be changed in the browser.
- If the AI service is unavailable, it says so plainly. It never shows a made-up reply.
- No AI is right every time. If an answer looks wrong, ask a teacher, or use 3AM Friend to talk to a vetted tutor whenever one is online.

In English or Hindi, the way your child thinks
Many children understand best in Hindi and write their exams in English. AI Guru can explain an English lesson in Hindi, and keep the technical terms in English, the way the board will ask them.
For example, your child can ask in Hindi why the moon has phases. AI Guru explains in Hindi and keeps words like "orbit" in English.
AI and your child
AI tools are new for most families. Here is how this one is set up, and what we suggest you do.
Inside the lesson, not the open internet
AI Guru is not an open chatbot. It works inside your child's lessons, on the topic they are studying, from the lesson material for that topic.
Built to teach, then check
It explains the idea step by step and then asks a few questions to check it has landed. CBSE's 2026–27 curriculum on computational thinking and AI asks students to recognise "cognitive over-reliance" on AI. We agree, so the explaining always comes with practice.
Under 13? Sit with them at first
UNESCO's 2023 guidance on generative AI in education recommends 13 as the minimum age for using AI tools in the classroom. Many children in Classes 6 and 7 are younger. If yours is, sit with them for the first few sessions, and talk about what AI is good at and where it can be wrong.
Private to your child
The conversation is saved so your child can pick up where they left off. Each learner's record is private, and a parent sees only their own child. Read more on our safety and privacy page.
Questions about AI Guru
Is AI Guru safe for my child?
It works only inside your child's lessons, from the lesson material for the topic, and is told not to invent answers. Your child's record is private, and a parent sees only their own child. If your child is under 13, we suggest you sit with them at first, as UNESCO advises care with AI below that age.
Does it do my child's homework?
It is built to teach the idea step by step, then check your child has understood it with a few questions. It is not a search engine for answers.
Is AI Guru always right?
No AI is right every time. That is why it works from the lesson material, is told to say when it does not know, and says so plainly when it is unavailable. If an answer looks wrong, check with a teacher.
Which languages does it use?
English and Hindi. When it explains in Hindi, it keeps the technical terms in English, the way the board will ask them.
What does it keep?
The conversation is saved so your child can pick up where they left off, and it is private to your child's account. Our safety and privacy page has the details.
Does it replace a teacher?
No. It gives voice to the lesson material and helps at the moment of a doubt, so your child does not have to wait for a teacher or run to a tutor. When a person helps more, 3AM Friend connects a vetted tutor whenever one is online.
When can my child use it?
Whenever they are studying a SelfEnabler lecture, AI Guru is there, on that lecture's topic. That is the point: help at the moment of being stuck, not the next day.
